Stage 1
In-Line Inspection
Quality checks conducted during production — at critical construction stages — before issues can compound. Problems are identified and corrected on the production floor, not after.
Stage 2
Pre-Final Inspection
A comprehensive inspection of finished garments before packing begins — covering measurements, construction, appearance and labelling against the approved sample and tech pack.
Stage 3
AQL Final Inspection
Random sampling to internationally recognised AQL standards on packed, ready-to-ship goods. Full inspection reports provided to clients as standard with every production run.
